Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS

Returns can be made within 30 days of receipt and you will be responsible for shipping the items back to Zone For All. Please contact us so that a representative can authorize your return, send your RMA# and return instructions. IMPORTANT: We may not be able to refund a return that we cannot associate with RMA#.

All returned items must be returned in their original packaging, and unassembled. We are unable to offer returns on modified or assembled items as they are deemed “used”. Once you provide us with the return tracking number, we will track your return to confirm its arrival back to the warehouse. A refund will be credited to you once the warehouse has received, inspected and confirmed undamaged. – There will be a 15% re-stocking fee charged at the time of return.

We do not refund shipping or freight charges on any orders or returns.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) AND there will be a 25% restocking fee:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Clearance items are not eligible for return.

REFUNDS

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping the product back to the manufacturer. In most cases, the refund will be issued sooner. The four-week timeframe includes shipping time (5-14 business days), product inspection (3-5 business days), and refund processing back to your payment method (3-5 business days).

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@cosmeculture.com.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. We do not profit from shipping.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
